Shipping
We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed.
  • Domestic shipping (Italy) is handled via courier and normally takes 2–4 business days.
  • International shipping times vary depending on destination; please allow up to 7–14 business days.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected service.
  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’ll love your handcrafted piece from Vulcano Bags — but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with all original packaging intact (tags, dust bag, box, etc.).
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and, if approved, issue your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Non-returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, customised items (made-to-order) or heavily used items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item, or the wrong product was shipped, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue. We’ll swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
